The Company provides an office for ad hoc meeting for staff representative in 2002.


Particular attention is given to problems of staff medical needs.  Initially, the company took over 60% of medical expenses of the worker and his nuclear family. But in July 2003, she took a Health insurance policy with an insurance company for a Group Health Insurance.
To solve the problem of food security for workers, a staff canteen was built in 2004, which operates under a system of tickets sold on credit to the staff

In May 2007, the company built a locker room for the plant personnel, where they can  keep their belongings when they come to work.
The Company has contributed to the building of a bridge and a drill water well in one of the surrounding villages where it is situated.
Finally, the factory, which is located in Cana, provides the public with clean water from its bore hole.
