The company FLUDOR BENIN SA attaches importance to training of its staff. In this context, a dedicated training room was built in 2005  at factory in Cana. A training plan over three years has been developed covering the period 2006 to 2008.

The important part of the training budget is supported by the Fund for the Development of Continuing Professional Development and Learning (FODEFCA).
